What will help you the most is indeed chil-lel, but impatience will not help at all. I know , it is easy for me to say that. If your health is indeed improving then congratulations and continued success in your healings. The chi goes where it knows. It is only a matter of time before the chi and your wishes may be the same. I wanted to rid myself of arthritis and the chi started re-growing hair on my head. I was perturbed shall we say but soon afterwards I discovered that the arthritis wasn't keeping me awake most of the night with pain.
