Some of my training suggested that chi kung tends to promote blood flow and thin the blood. I suggest keeping doing the La Chi and telling your body to move the blood away from that area and seal up the flow. When surgery patients are told to do this with their blood flow they lose around 50% of the blood so it's very well researched. You don't need to "believe in it". Just tell your body what to do. That's all they do in the research.

: Please send chi soon to help me.

: I had a spontaneous heavy nosebleed this noon. After a long attempt to control the bleeding with pressure, the emergency room physician packed my nasal passage. That controlled the heavy nosebleed, but bleeding is still occurring. The doctor said that was the best he could do. I am on antibiotics to deter infection. I am to see an ENT physician on Thursday.

: This is the first I've had.

: I did some La Chi in the emergency room, with no effect
: that I could tell.

: Have any of you had experience with Chi Lel and a heavy nosebleed? I do not want to do anything (except La Chi) that could start it up again.

: Thanks for any help. Marian
