Thank you so much for suggestion & advice!
Yes -- my knees had been locked, and when I
relaxed them my posture aligned more easily
and I could FEEL energy moving all the way
to my tailbone -- which had been broken ten
years ago. Now it is coming alive!
Thank you so much! These subtle changes can
make a huge difference!
