Dear Herb, Chi Lel Qigong has helped in many forms of cancer and I'm sure you'll be hearing from those who have had personal experience with Prostate cancer and chi lel qigong. Qigong or Chi Kung are the same thing, both terms basically refer to exercises that work with chi or energy forces - in us and around us. That is a very simple description. Tai Chi is actually Tai Chi Chuan and it is an internal style of martial arts.(the word "chi" here is actually "ji" as the whole name means roughly "grand ultimate fist or boxing") Chi Lel qigong is the name given to the qigong used at the center in China. The name used in CHina is Huaxia Jineng Qigong, in which Jineng means intelligence. We westerners use the trademark name of Chi Lel for the same qigong used at the world's largest medicineless hospital. This is probably more than you wanted to know, but I got carried away.
