edemaPosted by NancyCA on October 12, 19100 at 00:32:32: In Reply to: massage for edema posted by wolfgang on October 11, 19100 at 11:22:33: : I would like to know if wall-aquats and LCUAPCD chilel is especially helpful for people with edema in their legs. This person has to stand a lot at her job as well and then her legs swell up. What about three centers merge and la chi for her? Is there a sequence of chilel exercises for such a person : thanking you all in anticipation Dear Wolfgang, As Lynne, says LCUPCD and La Chi, are both good for any problem. Edema results because circulation is poor, and in this qigong we talk of chi and blood being plentiful, so we can think of chi and blood flowing freely through the body. I have one leg that has problems and my foot and ankle swell. The above Chi Lel exercises help, but wall squatting seems to help especially well. Probably because you're moving up and down and creating an active blood flow as well as the chi. Chi massage is also helpful.Much loving chi, NancyCA
