chronic sinus - down's syndrome child

I was hoping some one could help me with my chronic
sinus problem and maybe help me to help my son's
speech problems.

He has speech therapy makes sounds and says a few words
clearly. His name is Daniel and he is 10 years old.

I would be very grateful
