Chi Lel and Healing Injuries

I have a lesion in my nasal membranes that my doctor hopes will heal in two months, if then. Because it is uncomfortable and puts me at risk for nosebleed, it would be good if it could heal faster. Has anyone had experience in healing an injury more quickly than anticipated? How did this happen?

I do so hope you will have Chi Lel advice for me. I am doing La Chi but can't tell that anything is happening.
