Hi Dawn,
Thanks so much for your encouragement. You're right, I am just a beginner and when I think of all the years of unrelenting stress that I think led to my illness, I guesss I can't expect it to heal overnight. But it would be nice! Molly never had asthma, just a very stuffy nose which is much better for some reason. I won't question it, I'll just appreciate it. Thanks for asking. Mimi
: Hi Mimi, I totally agree with Norma. Keep on trusting. your blood count may be off but the chi is not.
: if you can increase your practice time in any way, do that. Luke has said that for very serious diseases, 3 hours is good. Remember you can put a tape on as you do your chores around the house, drive the car, etc. you can say hao la as you wait for the light to change, as you wait in line at the grocery store. See chi in everything. Live and breathe chi and healing the whole day long. you are part of the wholeness. Nothing in the universe has only up-up-up.
: our attitude is so very important. Recently I had to go to a naturopath for help with my shoulder and arm which are injured and spasming as a result of having a heavy cast on for almost three months and are refusing to heal and were in fact getting worse daily. I had to see that he was part of the healing, that I didn't have to do it all myself (with chilel, exercise, etc) The most valuable thing he did was to suggest that I do a spontaneous moving meditation to "ask" the arm what it needed to heal. along with his adjustments and massage for my shoulder, it is working, slowly. So what I am trying to say is be open to what the chi brings you to assist in your healing. it may not be what you expect.
: another thing to remember is that you are a bowl which the chi is filling. 57 days is a long time yet so short compared to how long your disease has been filling your body. When I first started doing level 2, body/mind form, I could not feel the chi as strongly as LCUPCD. After two years, I am just beginning to feel it, yet still not as strongly as level 1 form. Hey, lass, ya just got ya toes wet, wait til the tide comes in!
: how is molly's asthma?

: : Hi Mimi. Please don't give up and just believe that the chi is working on you. There will be ups and downs as the chi is working in the body. In the book "101 Miracles," many of the people who have had complete cures for their diseases have had many ups and downs before the final cure and it can take a lot of time and work. So just keep working with the chi and believe in its power. I believe it will help you.
: : Much love and chi,

: : : Hello, I'm on my 57th day of LCUPCD, 3 centers merge and la chi. I usually practice between an hour and an hour and a half a day. My blood test was normal three weeks ago, but over the past few days I've been noticing bruises again, which are a symptom that my platelet count might be falling and my disease coming back. I'm almost afraid to get a blood test to find out, because I don't want to know. Sometimes I think I must not be doing the practice right because I've never really been able to feel the chi inside of me, just on my face and on the outside of my body. Lately I haven't been feeling it much at all. But tonight, during the full moon practice, it felt so powerful, it made me cry. Chilel just has to work to heal me, because the other options are unbearable for me to think about: chemotherapy, surgery, etc. I guess I'm just feeling discouraged and scared, seeing those bruises and I've put so much faith into chilel. Any encouragement would be greatly appreciated. Mimi
