: Hi Julie

: From the sound of your message you know that you are really feeling chi. Writing to the forum is a good first step to getting on with your healing. Lots of us have experienced the powerful healing that will result when you do more Chi Lel. Every time you do Chi Lel we are all with you. Even when the sensations are small, I think its useful to celebrate them. That feeling is Ming Men is the most powerful force in the universe, and you have generated it.

: Love and chi.
: Richard, New Zealand

:
: : I've been doing chi lel for a little while now (am into my second gong). Much of the time lately, though, I have trouble focusing, or find my thoughts wandering a lot, with various doubts popping up, etc.

: : I feel like I should be doing much more, seeing that I have a debilitating health issue, but for now I'm having a hard time just sticking to doing LCUPCD once a day. This is probably my third try at a second gong, and I'm determined to finish it.

: : I guess I try to imagine chi at various points during my day, or think of the affirmations--"every cell in my body is healthy" etc...but I have this wandering focus and doubtful thoughts(which I do answer with positive affirmation). I'm concerned that this is holding back my practice, and wonder what I might be able to do to help this.

: : I do think I'm feeling some chi, anyway--I get these tremors in my body that seem to be coming from my mingmen area, it seems to me. Could logically be my condition but I like to think it's chi. I only get them when I practice, and every time too lately.

: : Thanks and much chi to all...

Dear Julie, I cannot say it any better than Richard. But wanted you to know I echo everything he says. Keep up the good work, relax, and believe in chi when you have doubts about yourself. Chi really is powerful and you've accomplished a lot! Much love and chi, NancyCA
