Center in China

Does anyone know if the Center in China is still able to keep going in spite of the increasing PRC repression of qigong groups? I'd also like to know how free I should feel to talk about qigong with people there by email. I haven't mentioned the word recently when writing over there because I've heard about govt. monitoring and spot checks. Any ideas?
