I posted a follow up previously with no name for the teacher in China. Her name is teacher Zhan and appeared in vol 3 Issue 2 of Spring 1999 News Letter.
Luke also suggests doing wall squats for this problem. HT

I have been taking tai chi(just started) & going to accupuncture for 2 1/2 years. I am still searching for something to stop the progression of my hearing loss & hopefully even improve it to the point that I don't have to use a hearing aid. I'm only 30! I am going to order some tapes and sign up for a retreat. I also plan on getting some books. Can anybody suggest specifics to get started & did anyone respond to your question on hearing loss or can anyone do so now? Thanks,
