: : Thanks for your answer. It was helpful. If you have the time, I would like to know what the "average" person's daily regimen should be. At present I am just doing the LCUPCD audio tape once a day. Should I be doing more?

: : : Hi David
: : : I visualize loving healing chi pouring into and out of those special points, harmonizing throughout my body and the universe.

: : : : What is your understanding of the command "Deliver chi" (as in "Deliver chi to Yin T'ang"), and how is it visualized?

: David: as the tape is about 20 minutes long a normal, healthy person only needs 20 minutes a day. If you are working on a specific health need then you would probably want to increase that up to 1 hour (or more) a day. Wherein lies the problem in our society. Sometimes we can hardly find the time to relax for 5 minutes, how do we find an hour for ourselves? Do we get up earlier in the morning, or maybe not read that newspaper firts thing in the morning and go do the qigong? Or how about 20 minutes before supper when we are usually not doing as much? Maybe you don't have to watch that second hour of the nightly news and hear the same stories for the second time(or 3rd or 4th). Maybe that "favorite" TV show isn't that good after all, or maybe the World Series is just too slow and boring(and they say that qigong moves slowly). In baseball time this year you can do LCUPCD in 20 minutes and only miss less than 2 innings, if you really care to watch after doing the form. Lets face it, in those 2 innings you probably won't really miss much and the benefits of doing the form are greater than the benefits(?) of watching the game.

: With healing chi to all
: Larry
