Aloha Mimi.
The chi-worm feels like something burrowing thru..in my case my breast.I was doing Chi Massage with La Chi (Tape no.5A)sending love and compassion to that area where I felt pain. Wherever the chi worm went..the pain disappeared!
After 3 weeks of faithful practice the pain was gone.(see testimonial for stage 3 breast cancer on Teachers,Hawai'i Ginny Walden.that's me).I have met 2 others who felt the chi worm effect..one felt it in the forehead..another in the thigh..o the wonders and mysteries of CHI!
