full moon clarification

Lars:
The full moon practice is done as it suggests on the day of the full moon and is done at 9PM E.S.T.(which I beleive is 3AM GMT). It is done using the 1 hour long tape and is basically a healing circle for yourself, even though we know that when we do the form that we are never alone. So in reality it is a healing circle designed for everybody that does this form can share.
