Art: It is called that as that is the translation of the forms name in Chinese. Dynamic qigongs usually have a lot more active motions(I think) than Chi-lel. Most of the books are in Chinese regarding this form of qigong, except for Luke's "101 Miracles" book and maybe 1 or 2 others. You can read any book on qigong to get the basic ideas involved but in this form we only have Luke's book right now to assist us. Give it time and maybe we will get a true translation of Dr. Pang's writings with nothing added into them.
