chronic painPosted by Donna McDermott on November 24, 19100 at 23:03:47: In Reply to: Sedona and onward! posted by Kathy J on November 23, 19100 at 11:48:46: : Thanks to all for a wonderful experience in Sedona. To make a long story short, I have had chronic pain for over 8 years. I think I may have come home. After a long drive home on Wednesday, a floating-on-chi kind of Thursday, I had a couple of really rocky days. Now the reality of daily practice and my seemingly too-full life. Today I feel soooooo grateful, and it's definitely one day at a time! : If anyone feels inclined, I would love to hear from you, especially your success stories with chronic pain. I think the biggest challenge is letting go of old ways of thinking about my body. It was definitely a power much greater than myself that brought me to you, and for that I am truly grateful. : Happy Thanksgiving to All!
As a therpist who deals directly with the elimination of contributing factors to pain and illness, I have learned that it is possible that asignificant contributor to physical pain is repressed emotional pain. Fortunately, you are in luck as chilel is the simplest and most direct means of clearing deep subconscious emotional pain that I have found in twenty six years of research and study. Practice practice practice. Build up a storehouse of chi and you will see the benefits for yourself. There is no substitute for practice. It is a choice and with the experience comes more confidence in the power of chi. Best to you. Hao La! Donna
