Putting tongue on roof of mouth

I was wondering if anyone else feels the same thing as I do when putting the tongue on the roof of the mouth. It's supposed to be the point where the front and back energy channels of the body are connected. When I totally relax my whole body including my face and mouth, there is a really strong electrical like feeling in my mouth which actually becomes like a chi ball in my mouth. This causes my mouth to open slightly and if I close my mouth completely the chi feeling goes away, I guess because my mouth is no longer relaxed. When I do the 3 Centers Merge I really notice the sensation of the chi moving from my mouth to the rest of my body. When I've watched the chilel videos it seems like everyones mouths stay closed and mine always opens some when the energy gets strong. The energy gets so strong in my mouth at times that my lip starts quivering. Any comments are appreciated.
