I have polycystic kidney disease, well what is left of it, thanks to chi lel. I did lift chi everyday and my general health improved enourmously, but what really has healed my kidneys is wall squats. Have you tried those regularly? I was up to 200 per day, but I have since dropped back down to 100 and seem to be progressing every day with that level. There is nothing like the squats for opening up the energy around the mingman (spelling?) and getting chi to the kidneys. I also visualize chi going to my kidneys and circling around them during la chi, which is also very powerful. My email is if you want to talk.

: Hello everybody,

: I am looking for some web/book resources about static or dynamic Qi Gong exercises for Kidney tonification in case of Yin/Essence deficiency syndromes. There is a lot of theory (planetherbs.com, botanicum.com) but very few practical examples of Qi Gong exercises. Does anybody know any books/articles where I could find such information? I have a congenital kidney yin/Jing defficiency syndrome and I am practicing various exercises but without much effect. I would be grateful if you could help me.

: Thanks,

: Radu
