Qi Gong for Kidneys

Hello everybody,

I am looking for some web/book resources about static or dynamic Qi Gong exercises for Kidney tonification in case of Yin/Essence deficiency syndromes. There is a lot of theory (planetherbs.com, botanicum.com) but very few practical examples of Qi Gong exercises. Does anybody know any books/articles where I could find such information? I have a congenital kidney yin/Jing defficiency syndrome and I am practicing various exercises but without much effect. I would be grateful if you could help me.
