In Reply to: Are the Five Rites of Rejuvenation compatible with ChiLel? posted by Lars Olsen on October 03, 19100 at 09:29:07:

There is a meridian/chakra kinesiology test I use to show the effects on the meridians and chakras after working with the five rights and the chilel form and every time after doing the 5 rights only half the meridians seem to be activated turned on but with the chilel all the meridians are stregthened each and everytime. A suggestion to increase the time you spend doing the chilel would be more beneficial for sure but if you do add the 5 rights do it in its own time frame.

: I've been practising Chilel level one for about a year. And now I plan to also train the above named rites. I was wondering if there was any conflict between the two systems. Has anybody out there any experience with training both?

: In case anyone asks I want to add the Five Rites to my workout because I want some variation and also because the rites are fun to do.

: Many thanks!
