It is good to finally see people overcome a problem I have yet been able to tackle. I too have been to doctors for my gastric problems - only to receive medications that don't work! I have just discovered the Chi-Lel website and got the beginners video ( I've been doing the exercises for just two days now.) Debbie, if you could supply me with the specific exercises you mentioned in your follow up to Noni that would help gastric problems - would be much appreciated. . Great success to all!
