Sending Chi to Others

I hope some answering Pat's question will include any help they can give on how to handle a long list of Forum requests. My Forum list is very long. Is it best to perhaps read the names each day before one starts LCUPCD or La Chi? And then assume that when doing ABSORB, healing chi is going to the people on the list?
I would appreciate your help.
