Greg's advice, as always, is great and I would just like to add a technique that helps me. It was suggested to me to think of all of those thoughts as cars on a busy highway, and you (in your meditative state) as someone facing the highway. If a thought catches your attention, like the new Chrysler Cruiser, you "see" it and let it continue on it's way. Remember, you can't stop traffic-you just notice it and then it is gone. This helps me, and I hope it will do the same for you.

: I'm a little frustrated because I can't seem to keep my head out of my practice. I'll start to feel the chi and then I'll realize it and it goes away. Or I'll be floating, listening to Luke's voice and then I'll think, I feel like I'm floating. And then I lose it. Any advice on just staying in the visualization state, deepening it and keeping my intellectual mind out of it? Is it common to have the feeling of chi go away when one notices it? Does any of this make any sense? Help. Thank you.
