He said this idea came from time out of mind and he had just harvested it. It has a good feel to it and is the core basis of autosuggestion. So we open chi every moment of every day. : Sometimes, when I can't sleep, I'll put on the 45 minute Journey to Health and Happiness La Chi tape. I do the opening and closing movements lying down but I always fall asleep in the middle of it. Will it still help me, even if I'm sleeping? I obviously can't do the movements because I'm sleeping but I'm wondering if my subconcious mind is still listening. I can do the La Chi tape, where we stand up at intervals without falling asleep, but the other one always does me in. Does anyone know if it works while we're sleeping? Thank you so much. Mimi
