I'm fine with my eyes open but when I close my eyes I usually lose my balance. It helps if I keep my chin tucked in, hips relaxed and visualize looking in the distance, like at a setting sun. Anyone have any sugestions that would help with balance? Any other exercises that would be good to do? : Jim
