Difficulty with wall squatsPosted by Art Bingham on October 25, 19100 at 07:06:02: I can't seem to do the wall squats without holding on to something. If I'm not holding on to something, about half way down my backside pulls me over and I fall on my rump. I think I just lack the flexibility needed to do the exercise. Is it okay to practice it while holding on to something?
